Mental Health & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (NDIS)

Our Mental Health and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching service is designed to support NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities to build capacity, increase independence, and work towards their recovery goals.

Recovery Coaches provide practical and personalised support to help you better understand and manage the complexities of daily living affected by mental health challenges. We work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and develop strategies that support your wellbeing and long-term recovery.

This service focuses on capacity building and may include assistance with:

  • – Developing daily routines and life skills
  • – Improving emotional wellbeing and self-management strategies
  • – Strengthening social connections and community participation
  • – Coordinating supports and navigating the NDIS and other services
  • – Building resilience, confidence, and independence

Our Recovery Coaches take a person-centred and recovery-oriented approach, ensuring that your preferences, choices, and goals remain at the centre of all supports. We also work closely with your support network, including family members, carers, and other service providers, to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach.

Through ongoing guidance and support, we aim to empower you to take greater control of your life, enhance your wellbeing, and achieve meaningful outcomes aligned with your NDIS plan.
